“Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park This week April 13 we visited Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park. It was not our first time. I think it was our 4th time coming here. Today, we came to see the Cherry Blossom Tree! Yes, we did. Every since they started announcing about the trees, I've been patiently watching their website/fb/X page for info. We always visit the Japanese garden since it opened years ago, but the Cherry Blossom Trees were a special treat to enjoy. Beautiful. Coming here at the exact time that the trees were fully bloom was magical. My wife and kids loved it. Check out the crazy pictures. It was weird because we were fully dressed for pictures and as people were seeing us dressed made them wonder what was going on at the garden. Some people knew and some people did not. It was pretty crowded at the exact location of the trees. Be ready. FYI, we are known for chasing Cherry Blossom Trees or Sakura. How? We once drove to D.C. to enjoy the Cherry Blossom Trees, but learned we came late. That was a bummer. Really glad these trees are available here. Closer drive! Highly Recommended”

“The two guys working were cool. It was my first time doing VR & they helped along the way. It takes a minute to get used to it, but overall, it's a fun experience. The Alice escape room was awesome (even tho we didn't do very well at it lol). Highly recommend ?”
“Amazing! Our son and daughter-in-law's wedding reception was this past September weekend. Maddalena's Catering delivered exactly what they said they would. The food served to our guests was as great as prior months' samples and hot on guests' plates, despite having to be brought in to a venue with no kitchen. Again, Maddie and Chef Matt delivered exactly what they promised. Our guests are still complimenting the food that was served. Our guests included discerning owners of generational restaurants and produce companies. Thank you Maddie and Matt for creating a dining experience that will be talked about for our son's lifetime.”
“Jennifer prepared a full afternoon of fun activities for our staff Christmas party. We had a fun day of “surprises” at several places in GR for our dental office. We made beautiful resin serving trays and then also made charcuterie boards. We had a great time. Jennifer is great communicating details. She helped set up a fantastic private party. I would highly recommend her shop for a fun group activity. She has so many ideas for projects.”
“The venue is very intimate and allows you to feel like part of the show. There are many beverage and food counters. Beer was pricey at 12.50 a can for Stella and cash is not accepted, however the service was fast and polite.”

“The Goei Center was formally Kindel Furniture Company. I have worked for this company for 51 years as of the 11 th of this month. They have taken this factory to the next level. Making it beautiful and keeping as much of it as original as possible. We we so grateful for the invitation to come and see our old home that we spent so many years in.It's now used for many events like weddings and many other special gatherings. It's a must see. Schedule your next special event with them. They can provide catering, as well as flowers for you.”

“This was the place that Linc Up was using to give out free Thanksgiving turkey or ham to those that pre-register prior to the give away. The process was much more smoother, quick and easy to pick up the turkey or ham. Plus they gave away a $40 free gift certificate to the Giant Supermarket around the corner to buy any groceries.”
“I've been in this building for many reasons. All the restrooms are ALWAYS clean! I love that security is always present and usually very observant. Sometimes it's hard to get in from Fulton, but if you come down Lafayette you can easily park at the top and take the stairwell down.”
“We had our reception here after we eloped in the mountains out west. Melissa and the rest of the staff were phenomenal to work with!! Our guests had a fantastic time. The food and drinks were great as well. We will always recommend this venue for any events including wedding receptions.”
“Our visit was wonderful. We had a private table which was great for conversation. The food was fabulous! My friend remarked that the filet ranked right up with Ruth Chris and the Chop House. Our server has been my server at previous visits-she is so fun and professional. Can't recommend Davini high enough.”

“The Grand is always an awesome time, I love going for the dance lessons and a night out! The staff are absolutely amazing, and the teachers there are phenomenal. It's always enjoyable, the atmosphere is so inviting, and the other dancers are very welcoming.”

“I had my wedding at Revel Center and the day was perfect. The getting ready spaces are so comfortable and the staff was amazing. Being able to have a cocktail hour and reception in the same space as the ceremony was amazing. We brought in only one tote of decor and the place was gorgeous. Matt is highly responsive for every little question I had as a bride. Gabrielle took care of me all day. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a perfect day.”
“We loved new vintage place right from the start. My now husband wasn’t able to come tour it the first time but when I sent him pictures he immediately fell in love with everything he saw. In the planning process they were really good about communicating and letting us know our options. They worked with our wedding planner very well! The day of ran very smoothly and all the staff we worked with that day were incredibly lovely and helpful! The one drawback would be all of the add ons do add up quickly, but at the end they were definitely worth it!”
“We held our annual holiday party at the Waddell Center in January and it was fantastic! The venue was perfect - it had a large area for dinner, a cute bar area and a seating area. We had Dueling Pianos as our entertainment and it was a great experience. The staff at the Waddell Center were so easy to work with and quick responders on any questions. Thanks for a great evening!”
“Met up with a friend for happy hour on a Thursday and enjoyed $2 off appetizers and cocktails. The knickerbocker had some delicious gin cocktails we enjoyed. Our waiter was laid back, but attentive and relatively knowledgeable about the menu to give us some good recs. We started with the spinach artichoke dip, which was fine. Not enough dip for chip ratio... but I tend to load up my chips. The pear salad was refreshing and full of delicious veggies including beets. Next, we sampled the chicken and waffle pizza. It was good, but mainly just a play on sweet and salty/ savory. I would've preferred if it was a bit spicier. I absolutely loved the pizza of the month, the chicken enchilada pizza. It was a great balance of flavors, just the right amount of heat and the tomatillo sauce for the base was delicious. The restaurant is spacious and modern. They have a store where you can buy beer or a growler to take home. Their bathrooms are so much fun! You can wash soap and dry all at the same sink. Happy we picked this place for a girl's night. Would love to come back.”

“If you are looking this place up on Google, then please take my word and just go here!!! It is honestly an amazing place to eat and chill. I had the loaded fries as an appetizer, and they were so big I shared them with two other people. Then I got a burger. I wish I could remember the name of it, but it was phenomenal!!! The bartender was, so we had some amazing conversations, which I appreciate....so if u read all of this, then you should be on your way to eat at Brick and Porter. You will not be disappointed!”

“We had a great birthday party for my 8 year old son at Rebounderz. They had cute tables you could rent with cubbies for the kids to store their shoes and hooks to hang coats. They offered water, soda, two pizza's with large and small plates for cake (you provide your own cake). My son got a t shirt and everyone got arcade cards preloaded with $5. We added a laser tag experience for the 10 kids for $40. So much to do! Arcade, laser tag, ninja warrior course, dodgeball, high jump, trampolines into a soft block pit and for smaller children they had a 3 story interactive jungle gym, and a dedicated jumping area for the smaller kids. For an extra fee there is also an escape room, mini golf and golf simulator. There was a spot to check in for the parties to make the whole process smoother. The kids get about 2 hours of jumping and about an hour for food, cake and presents. Everyone had a great time and we felt the staff was professional and actually cared about our experience. Highly recommend for birthday parties or just for a fun day of jumping. Enjoy!”
“I've been to both Griffins hockey games and a few concerts. Entry is quick and efficient, the staff has always been friendly, and the arena itself is in good shape. Prices for food and drink are fairly high relative to restaurants and bars but that's common at arenas these days so it was a non issue here.”

“This bar is a casual spot for pool leagues, bikers, and just about every walk of life! Reallt good size, plenty of seats. The bartenders are all really nice, they learn who you are and what ya like really quick.”

“I took my granddaughter to the facility for a youth orchestra rehearsal. It was my first visit there. I was amazed at the size of the camp. There are numerous bunkhouses and a very large pavilion. Sitting by the lake as the sun set was particularly soul refreshing.”
