“The process was simple and straightforward. I dropped off my keys in the designated box in the short-term parking lobby and they took it from there. When I returned five days later, I received a text with the box number and code to retrieve my keys along with the location of my car in short-term parking. My car has never looked better. The exterior and interior were spotless. Anything I had left in the car was bagged and securely stowed in the trunk. I couldn’t have expected any better service. And I saved money on parking! I highly recommend the service and will definitely be a repeat customer.”
“These guys are awesome! They offer free rotation when you buy tires there. I called them and they had me in in an hour and literally had the rotation done in 15 minutes. “I try to do as much work on my cars as I can. Having been ripped off before I was wary of going to a shop, but recently I needed help. I ran into a problem with a lower control arm that I just couldn't fix. . I found Palmer's online and read the reviews that said they were honest. I called them and hoped for the best. Honesty and fairness is exactly what I found. All of my interactions with staff were respectful and left me feeling good. They also ran into a problem with my car, and rather than taking advantage they called and offered a creative solution. At the end of the day it cost me far less than I expected and felt very fair. I'm grateful for the work they did and I expect they will be the first shop I call when I run into a problem. If you are looking for a shop that will treat you right - this is it.”

“I just purchased my first car from a dealership just 2 weeks ago and as luck would have it I ended up with a scratch on my glove box and paint transfer from siding on my driver's side door. They were tiny and some may say not worth it to fix so I was a little nervous getting them touched up. But
not at any point did any of the staff give me attitude or the 'are you serious' look. They were all super friendly and fast! Thank you especially to the painter!!
