“Too bad the new owners do not seem to care. High prices, not open for snowmobiles. Never open for breakfast. Truly a waste.Food & drinks: Very expensive drinks. Food is okay when you can get it. Forced to seek other options in Copper Harbor. Sad what the new owners have done. Maybe they'll sell and some one that cares will purchase and run.”
“We stayed two nights at Dapple Gray and it was amazing. Ruth, Ole and Abe were the best hosts! Their breakfast was so delicious and the rooms were so comfortable and adorably decorated. We felt so welcomed and the only disappointment was not having enough time to visit with them because our daughter had just gotten engaged. We are already planning another visit!”
“We rented a cabin here for a night and ended up staying two more! Cozy place with a great store and good food. The cabin had everything we needed. Gas burning stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, TV, nice bathroom and lots of cookware to use! We had previously rented a different cabin in the area and were so let down by it that we ended up driving around without staying and found this place! Great spot. Thank you!”

“If you are looking to disconnect from the world, then this is the place! Beautiful nightsky, great staff, cabins were great! If you know how to start a fire, then I highly recommend turning off all the lights and enjoying the fire inside the front room. If you need to stay connected to the outside world, though, I do not recommend it as you won't be able to. The internet is available, but it comes and goes as it pleases. I plan to go again here soon!”
