“I cannot recommend Franzel’s Auto enough! After learning that AC repairs require specialized equipment and that only a handful of shops in the area could handle the job, I was expecting a long wait and a very expensive repair. Instead, Franzel’s Auto got me in the very same day, diagnosed the issue within about 10 minutes, and provided a detailed quote right away. Not only was their quote significantly lower than what I had been hearing elsewhere, but it was obvious from the start that they knew exactly what they were doing. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel confident that my vehicle was in great hands. The customer service was outstanding as well. The woman at the front desk was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating. She knew exactly what to expect during the diagnostic process and answered all of my questions with confidence and professionalism. Another thing I appreciated was the atmosphere of the business. As a Christian, it was refreshing to see a company that openly reflects their faith. They even had “Jesus Loves You” bracelets at the front desk, which my kids absolutely loved. If you’re looking for honest, knowledgeable, fairly priced auto repair with excellent customer service, Franzel’s Auto is definitely the place to go. I’m extremely impressed with my experience and will absolutely be returning for future vehicle needs.”

“Darrel is a fantastic mechanic. Heads years of experience and he's extremely truthful. I don't know of another better mechanic than him. Except maybe my son-in-law Kevin and Darrel are quite close together. They're both fantastic mechanics.”

“I blew a tire on my motorcycle right in front of Sal's shop late at night, an employee offered me air but my tire was too bad to inflate. The employee was extremely nice and stayed until he made sure I had a ride home, and offered to keep the motorcycle stored until I came back.”

“I have gone to Croswell Tire many many times and every single time, I swipe my card with a smile on my face, because I know I am paying a very fair price for quality work. The guys at Croswell Tire are not only phenomenal at their jobs and friendly, but even more importantly, they are honest. As a woman who knows next to nothing about vehicles, I never have to be worried about getting taken advantage of. And every time I drive my car off the lot, it feels good as new! Thank you so much for your impeccable service!!”
