“I can’t say enough good things about the owner of Davis and Vacuum! I had purchased a vacuum off Marketplace that wasn’t working quite right, so I gave him a call. He told me to bring it in—no waiting around, and he looked at it right away. He quickly figured out the issue, gave me helpful advice on how to keep my vacuum running better, and even explained which products I should and shouldn’t use in it.

What stood out the most is how kind and genuine he was. Even after fixing the problem, we ended up chatting for about 15 minutes—he shared stories, and it truly felt like talking to an old friend. That kind of kindness and patience is rare these days!

“I was in search of a used Washing machine. Scouring Facebook marketplace and driving around town looking at liquidation locations. Finally gave Carls a call. They forwarded me to the Carls GE location. I spoke with Mellisa on the phone and she told me what they had. I told her I’d be there in 5 min. I first went to the wrong Carls Location and even the staff were kind and courteous. They directed me to the correct location. I came in, she had a smile on her face ready to assist. We joked around, she told me about the three washers they had. We settled on one. Told her I’m taking it right now. We Talked about other products in the showroom. Just some down right awesome staff that took care of us. As I drove around back to load, she came out and gave us a new set of hoses as well!
