If I need help finding anything else I'm not usually looking for the staff knows where it is.”
“I found these guys while I was searching online for used goods. They had a product I had been looking for everywhere. From the first time I reached out to them, until my final transaction, they were so helpful. The item I wanted had other parties interested and they were great about letting me know that but not pushy about needing to buy it. After deciding to buy it, they not only were appreciative, but they also gave me assurance that they were glad they helped me find what I needed. Due to my location, I needed to have it shipped to me. They were great about providing me with options and the information I needed to provide to the company I eventually used. In preparation of the ship date pickup, they wrapped and strapped my item very securely to ensure no harm would be done. They even sent me pictures! When the time for pickup came there was conflict with the delivery company, but they stayed after the pickup time to make sure my item shipped on the correct day and called me to inform me the item had been picked up. Online transactions like this can be tricky but I felt completely at ease through the entire process.”
“Didn’t actually go to shop, just to return some things. What I love is that there aren’t separate areas for kohls returns and Amazon returns, it’s all in the same place and it’s very close to the front door. Not to mention parking is always great!”
“Melissa who checked us out on 11/29 was an absolute delight. We had a good conversation as she checked us out and told us all the great things about joining the rewards program (which we did sign up for!) When we left, we discovered our car battery died. We didn’t have anyone in the area readily available to help us, but who I believe is a worker there (I unfortunately did not catch a name but he was dressed in all black, tan, and dark hair) gave us a jump, literally saving our night.”
“This review is to recognize an employee. She helped me at the return/ pick up counter. Went and checked for more pillows and got me one. Handled my return pick up and new purchase. Just all around perfect! Then as I was leaving I saw her waving at the door and she had my phone!!
This one’s a good one keep her .. at minimum give her a raise!! Polite, not fake personality !
I believe the other clerk said she was a manager.

“What a pleasantly large location! They have selections here that I didn't even know Meijer carried. Their Fresh and Food items are plentiful, and they seem to stock things very well!
Home, Garden, and Entertainment sections are vast and neatly arranged, even with so much space it still feels easy to find what you're looking for without getting overwhelmed.
Overall a great location, lots of registers for a quick checkout, and staff are friendly at all hours.”

“Love this walmart. I stopped here a few times in the past cause it's right off 69 and easy to access with a truck. Staff is super friendly, too. The only thing with all the self checkouts they don't have many cashiers working.”

“I arrived at this store late at night(almost closing time a few nights ago) in a frantic state because I needed to find my daughter's medicine(Tylenol). I was having a stressful time trying to find the baby medicine aisle. I went up to a worker who showed me great kindness in helping me find my daughter's medicine. He was a blonde and I believe his name was Andrew. He was very professional and very kind to me. This was my first time at this store and I think it is going to be my new go to store because of the professionalism shown. I never really write reviews but this young man deserved some recognition.”
“I've always like Walmart. Even tho they don't carry the kind of soda I like,you can find some decent prices on some clothes but still lasts a while one thing I hate is they've changed the stores and now some of the aisles you can barely get one shopping cart through let alone if you need to pass somebody ?”

“Walmart has done a great job with cleaning and stocking during this whole Covid. I did notice they have more cashiers open lanes, Thank god. I wish they would keep in stock Cliff energy gel packets. They r awesome and much better then 5hr energy. Walmart was the only place I could find them. I hope they do keep some lanes open with cashiers, if you have a big order it's hard to ring everything up, bag it and make sure you have everything, because there is no room in self checkout for large orders. Keep up the good work Walmart.”
“This is the friendliest, most helpful Walmart in the area. I've been coming here for years and never had a bad experience. The staff has always been genuinely helpful which speaks volumes of the management. Having such a large team of people show up smiling and ready to help customers each day is something to be proud of. I certainly appreciate them!”

“I give a 5 for Kawon working the register. I walked in and had to use the bathroom and a woman(employee from another store) wasn’t happy with working this one. I asked if there was a bathroom and she turned to this young man, Kawon, he was all smiles. After shopping I checked out with him, thankfully. Thank you for your service and time Kawon I left feeling better than I came in! & hopefully that lady doesn’t transfer anymore??♀️”
