“I found these guys while I was searching online for used goods. They had a product I had been looking for everywhere. From the first time I reached out to them, until my final transaction, they were so helpful. The item I wanted had other parties interested and they were great about letting me know that but not pushy about needing to buy it. After deciding to buy it, they not only were appreciative, but they also gave me assurance that they were glad they helped me find what I needed. Due to my location, I needed to have it shipped to me. They were great about providing me with options and the information I needed to provide to the company I eventually used. In preparation of the ship date pickup, they wrapped and strapped my item very securely to ensure no harm would be done. They even sent me pictures! When the time for pickup came there was conflict with the delivery company, but they stayed after the pickup time to make sure my item shipped on the correct day and called me to inform me the item had been picked up. Online transactions like this can be tricky but I felt completely at ease through the entire process.”

“Melissa who checked us out on 11/29 was an absolute delight. We had a good conversation as she checked us out and told us all the great things about joining the rewards program (which we did sign up for!) When we left, we discovered our car battery died. We didn’t have anyone in the area readily available to help us, but who I believe is a worker there (I unfortunately did not catch a name but he was dressed in all black, tan, and dark hair) gave us a jump, literally saving our night.”

“Love the prices and the fact there are no long lines. The clearance section could use a little work. The managers are well equipped but need to learn more about their tethered system. Moving over to New software made it impossible to use digital coupons with manufacturing coupons. I think they should move their clothes rack back and pull their sunglasses and outdoor stuff upfront instead and the racks outside look horrible clean that up. All above they do a great job!”

“It's rare that I participate in a survey, but I was impressed the moment I walked in the door and was greated with a jovial "Helll-oooo" while the cashier was checking someone out. I honed in on his interactions at the front while I shopped and noticed genuine interest and enthusiasm in his voice with each customer. His good mood was contagious. In an age where quality customer service seems lost, Daniel shines. Take care of that boy, he is certainly taking care of your store and customers. “The store on Belsày road is always kept up, and by kept up I mean stocked well with merchandise, clean floors, cash out àrea, honestly the whole store and the staff are always friendly, never hesitate to help. I highly recommend this store to anyone in the area! (Belsay road, in the old Kmart/Kroger plaza near train tracks. Or say by Walmart.This store has a lil bit of everything you could possibly need for your home, from crafts to basic automotive items, cleaning supplies, pet supplies, school supplies, Holiday Decor and household decor needs. “On a very beautiful day Sunday October 1, 2023, I went to my local FAMILY DOLLAR Store at Pierson and Jennings Flint, Michigan for cardboard boxes for my elderly neighbor that she needed to box her things up at her home. Alicia the store manager went to the back amd got cardboard boxes and came out to our vehicle and helped us break them down and put them in our vehicle!!!!!Now that's FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! Bought one of their large fresh pot pies for dinner tonight; had to slam on my brakes to avoid hitting a non-merging vehicle on the way home; Sam's Club graciously allowed me to exchange my mangled dinner for a new one. “I made a pre order on the app. There seems to be a serious problem with all these stores because they can't seem to handle internet orders. See my review about the Goodrich Dollar General. I came to this store because of how bad the other stores were. Now, yes, this store had the exact same problem. HOWEVER, they did not have the same manager. This wonderful lady stopped everything, made several calls to complain, then hand picked my order on the spot. OUTSTANDING service, and I will be back. So should you!”
