Mark has gone above and beyond to help us find exactly what we needed, I had called another store before this that offered little to no help.. Mark took the time out of their day to make sure that I was connected with the products that I needed. They were happy to walk through the store to check inventory, And also go online create a shopping cart with the product products I needed - and actually go ahead and send that to me! Customer service needs more people like Mark. Menards, you are fortunate to have an employee like this and I hope you protect them at all cost”

“We stopped in to purchase a Brad nailer. It took a few different employees to get all of our questions answered, but they got it done. We make our decision on the Dewalt product. The app showed 6 in stock. Nobody could find one. I was a little frustrated, but kept to myself. We walked out of the store and Joe, the Store Manager, comes out and meets me at the car. Joe went above and beyond to make things right!!!! I never saw it coming. Joe, thank you for reminding me what customer used to be. It’s super great to know service like that is still out there. Hats off to you and everyone at Home Depot# 2717 in Burton, MI.!!!!!!!!!!!!! 5 stars all the way!!!!!!!”
