“Pretty excellent selection of booze, snacks, and drinks, but the store layout is very cramped. Some of the staff is quite nice and informed about the stock, and a few are kind of rude or don't know about basic items they have or don't have. At least they're consistent with their hours during COVID-19, which is a real plus!”

“This location is kind of run down, ratty. Time for an upgrade/face-lift. It's unfortunate because the customer service is great, and it's a complete contrast, to the dingy appearance of the gas station. There are a couple of employees that work here that are devout Christians, they are wonderful to see and speak with, every time I visit this particular location.”

“I never had a problem with CVS store, the only thing that I am concerned for is the coupons. For Example: if I have a 40% off on one full price item & an extracare coupon, CVS start with the extracare first, which you don't get 40% off that item. So the cost will be less. Also, they take too long for you to get your refund put back on your card. But other than that, they are clean and I like the customer service”

“Pretty solid Walgreens on Ford Road. It’s clean, well stocked, and the staff usually keeps things moving pretty quick. Easy to find what you need whether it’s snacks, meds, or just quick essentials. Parking is simple and it’s convenient for last-minute pickups. Nothing crazy, just a reliable spot to swing by when you’re out and about. I’d come back anytime.”

“My mom has been a patient at this Walgreens pharmacy for quite some time. Unfortunately, most of my visits here have been frustrating. Many times when I come in, I’m not acknowledged at all, and prescriptions that are said to be ready suddenly need an extra 30 minutes. On a recent visit, I came to pick up a prescription for my mom and was again told it would take another 30 minutes. The only person who didn’t make me feel invisible was a young man who told me he was currently training at the pharmacy. He was wearing a sword, and I didn’t catch his name. He was respectful, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping. Despite what I was told earlier by a technician, he managed to get the prescription ready in less than 10 minutes and worked with another staff member to get everything completed. This experience really stood out because it showed that someone who is still in training can demonstrate more urgency, professionalism, and respect toward patients than some of the regular staff. There was no attitude or dismissiveness, just good customer service. Walgreens seriously needs to do better overall. Patients shouldn’t feel ignored or like they’re an inconvenience, especially when it comes to medication. Huge shoutout to that trainee for being the only bright spot during an otherwise frustrating experience. I don’t usually write reviews, but this one felt necessary.”

“It reminds me of being in skid row when I walk outside n almost trip over a homeless person sleeping, yes he was sleeping right in front of the door. The ladies that work here are very sweet n professional, the store is clean n stocked.”
