“Looking to purchase GE electric range. None on display, only gas. I was going to head to Lowe's but a nice woman contacted Deangelo who arrived within minutes. Very friendly and helpful. Found my item online and ordered to be delivered to me next week. I used my 10% Home Depot coupon on a reasonably priced range. My last GE range lasted 22 years. Great product. Great service. Great day.”

“I've had multiple visits to this Lowe's store the past 2 weeks, and I have to absolutely give credit to John. I'm not sure which department he specifically works, however, during my first visit, I brought my dog Essie with me. He seen me walking around knowingly that I needed help. He kindly asked if he could assist me. I explained to him (in female terms) what I needed. He directed me and walked across the store to show me where I needed to go and found another associate in that department to help me. During our walk across the store, we had conversations about dogs, etc.
He was beyond helpful and went above and beyond his requirements.
Yesterday, I had to go back and return an item and purchase a different one. This time I was alone. He again, walked over to help assist me. I thanked him again for helping the time prior and stated "you may not remember me", but he immediately did. He said yes, last time you had Essie. (My dog). He remembered my dogs name.
That was the best personalized customer experience that I've ever received before. He was helpful, friendly and a very knowledgeable person to encounter at a home improvement store. Which is very important being a female and not very knowledgeable regarding home improvements. I hope that he is recognized for his outstanding service that he provides, as I truly believe he's a huge asset to Southgate Lowe's.”

“The store carries practically anything that you could possibly need but some of the employees needs to be better trained in the department that they work specifically lumber because I ordered some wood online went in to pick it up and the clerk sent me outside in 90° weather to find it and it was located inside the store so you know I was pissed because that was time that I could have spent on the road taking care of something else”
