Customers can find assistance with no effort and report great, hardworking customer service, with staff committed to satisfaction. They have the exact plants and shrubs people look for, with fair sale prices. However, there can be a line for service, irregular stock for parts, and price fluctuations. The custom cabinets department can be difficult, and there are sometimes issues with custom orders or damaged delivery. A trend toward self check-out only is a common gripe.
My son and I were needing to purchase a floor and a young man (Justin) came and helped us, found the floor we choose in boxes and loaded it all up for us, then checked us out. It was really nice and we sure appreciated him very much!!
