He even recommended items that we're more affordable. Roberto was very nice and very knowledgeable!!”

“One of my favorite places for my DIY's .I like that they have a pay and pick up in yard very convenient.The customer service is always great.Tge only thing is I wish they would tell more customer's about the benefits of shopping here.I found out through a customer I could pay for my items and drive through the yard to pick up my gardening and lumber supplies.For weeks I had been pulling pavers through the store and no staff said anything smh.But I know now. So no more hauling through the store for me.”
“This Home Depot location is consistently top notch. The store is always clean, and remarkably well-stocked, even in the high demand aisles like lumber (shout out to Mark) and hardware. The staff here is incredibly friendly and actually goes out of their way to help you find what you need rather than just pointing toward a sign. I also really appreciate how secure and well-maintained the parking area is. Definitely my go to spot for any project.”
“This is my go- to place for soil and certain vegetable plants in spring. Not many employees if you need help, but the ones who are there are helpful. What i don't like is having to order gardening supplies and then go back to the store to pick it up. They need to go back to being a full service store. I could just order from Amazon but I'd rather get my needed supplies at the store. They complain about people not buying at the store but then don't carry everything that's needed, so then I'm forced to shop Amazon.
They tend to over water their plants, but they do guarantee their plants so keep your receipts.”

“This is my first time coming in this Home Depot dearborn heights as I usually go to the one in Rochester but I was in the area so why not. I entered from the Pro door soon i entered i was greeted by RAFIQ and asked how he can help me I was looking for a certain tool to finish my deck project I was looking on the website but still couldn't find it. However, RAFIQ helped me find that tool .. He was very kind and patient and made sure I found everything I needed. Overall, great customer service here and will come by again and will make it my favorite location!”
“The customer service at this Home Depot is fantastic and noticeably better than other locations I've visited. However, the one major issue is their inventory accuracy. When I'm working on a maintenance project, I rely on the app to check stock. It will frequently show that they have 10 or 20 pieces left, so I'll drive out of my way from another location specifically for those supplies, only to arrive and find the shelf completely empty.
To avoid the wasted trip, I’ve tried calling ahead multiple times to verify if an item is actually there, but unfortunately, I can never get anyone on the phone to assist. The in-store staff is great, but they desperately need to fix their online inventory tracking and phone support.”

“To start, I was have an extremely overwhelming day to begin with. I came to the department store for some tape and boxes. The women, I believe her name is Tenisha, that works at the self check out, was INCREDIBLY helpful and kind. I think she could tell I was having a hard day and offered to take my things outside and waited for me to pull my car up and she put everything in the back. I would absolutely recommend that woman for a raise! Not only was she kind to me, every single person she encountered, she was professional and did it will a smile. You don’t run into workers like that, this day and age.”
