About Huntington Bank

Huntington Bank offers in-branch, drive-thru, ATM, and online banking options, with safety procedures in place for visits. Customers find staff to be friendly, but often experience slow service, especially when using tellers due to frequent ATM issues. There are concerns about difficulty reaching staff by phone and some trust issues, such as overstatements about internal investigations. Despite these issues, the bank remains a convenient choice for many customers seeking accessible banking services.

Everybody's really friendly in here. Every time I try to call though they never answer the phone and I can't get a hold of anybody.
