“My name is Mrs Ball. I went into the Warren branch in Dearborn Hgts on Thursday 6-26-24. I typically don't use this location, but the customer service was exceptional. The teller as well as the branch manager, were so friendly as well as professional. Great experience. We need more pleasant people in the world especially in the customer service world. I know because i was in banking for many years when I was young. Great job team!!!”

“I've been a member of DFSB for over 60 years. We've had mortgages with this institution. The staff at all locations have always been professional, efficient and friendly. The branch on Telegraph Road is convenient and the parking lot is spacious. I haven't used the drive-thru service in many years, but I appreciated it when I had an elderly mother or my young children in the vehicle with me. I like using local businesses. I can highly recommend DFSB and, especially, Michelle and her team at this branch.”
