“This review isn't so much a reflection on Chase but rather the staff here. Most notably Linda Morris who was my loan officer when I went through my home buying process a few months ago. My mom had done some business with Linda in the last year so when it was my turn to go in she highly recommended her. I was NOT disappointed. Linda was just as enthusiastic as I was about my looking for a house. if not more so! She was so kind, energetic, and encouraging throughout the whole process. She explained every step in detail, explained all the technical details to me in easy to understand terms, and was on top of things every step of the way. Because of her diligence my loan was approved and I was ready for closing way before my set closing date. She even asked me "do you want to move this up?" Ha. Unfortunately I couldn't since the sellers needed a bit more time but it was nice to not have to worry about everything coming in on time. She got me a great rate and helped me save a few bucks in general. Super impressed and I would not hesitate to see her again next time I needed loan assistance. She's great!”

The customers are able to use the restrooms even though they are employee restrooms. Thanks so much Chris for understanding an elderly ladies cry for help..
