“Moe is the GOAT. i did a lot of research before getting a new phone and a phone plan. I went to t mobile , and then I came here to Moe. He never tried to sell me anything, just politely answered any of my questions, no matter how many times I came back and that was a deciding factor for me. Answered all my questions in plain english, and made it very easy for me to understand all of the various plans and options that I had. Come here if you want a stress-free experience.”
“Had great experience bought new phones got new service, even got discounts because Haas was teaching an employee.. didn't need to do that ..but haas went above and beyond,he recovered my son's phone information that he lost 2 phones ago and the worker text him to get codes..my son was freaking out but thanks to extra time and effort Haas retrieved his stuff... great experience, was metro customer for years, now staying at this location, thanks so much..props to the employee who had to deal with us he went above and beyond”
“Tim helped me switch over from t-mobile and port over my old numbers. He’s a cool guy and we had a good chat during the setup process. Ordering the devices and setting them up took little effort. A lot more professional than any sprint/t-mobile store I’ve been to.”
