I worked with the manager, Jeff to get a new phone because mine had cracked and I was sick of dealing with the runaround that I was getting from Metro PCS. Jeff took his time with me and made sure I got the phone that was right for me, set everything up for me, and showed me how to use it. It is rare that you find a retail employee willing to take the time to help someone with a smaller purchase but still treat them like they are buying the top of the line Mercedes.
