When I wanted to upgrade to a bigger unit she was on top of it and tried to get one close to the unit i had so I didn't have to move very far. Amazing customer service and good prices. “The customer service representative that I dealt with from the time I moved in all the way up until today has been Andy.. and let me tell you Andy is one of the most genuine trustworthy honest awesome like I don't even know what else I can say about him except this I totally love this guy he is awesome he will work with you the best he can I just it's been a really long time since I have met someone or even spoken to someone as friendly and honest as him in a very very long time but other than that if you are looking for a storage unit just get ahold of extra space storage located on Allen road 11511 Allen road in Southgate,mi. I dont do the lady name but she doesn’t needs to be there if you wanna have a attitude and be nonchalant don’t work in a public setting I wish I knew the lady name but what irritates me is when you say ok I can’t help you I’m on break for two more mins go sit back down two mins passed you decide oh I have to use the bathroom so now the customer have to wait even longer because you wanna walk slow and wait until your break is over to use the bathroom”
