“I think her name was Brook...but she was the most helpful worker there. She was both making the shoes look super pretty and helping customers at the same time. She kindly took the time to help me find the archfit shoes. She gave me color suggestions and assisted me with the sizing of the shoe. I have never been helped by a person to this level of perfection. She had such a kind and respectful voice, she made my day so much better. I hope she knows how important her interaction with me was. She is doing an amazing job! I will be back for more shoes! I hope Brook is there EVERYTIME! I visited yesterday March 25, 2026.”
“Had to come in for a hat reshaping and Erin did a fabulous job! Cleaned and shaped the hat like it was the day I bought it. I unfortunately left it on my dash and the sides went flat. They explained the best way to keep its shape and to prevent future folding. Would HIGHLY recommend coming here and seeing what they have in store or a hat repair if needed.”

But now that I have a 7 yrs & a 3 yr old (yes I started all over again lol) The majority of his friends from school Have birthday parties Here at Dixie Skate Land So I finally Took him To this girl's birthday party At Dixie Skateland And The place is exactly as I remember it You got the skating part It's also where you go and get your shoes And then On the other side of the wall Like when you first walk in There are plenty of booths People can sit in while they eat their Pizza and Cake. The women that work there Our phenomenal, one of them is the DJ and also the one that gives you your shoes and the other one sells either tickets at the door unless you're invited to a birthday party then you don't need any tickets, and she also is the one that sells the things in the same place where there's booths to sit down and eat Or to just sit down and take a break Period And both of them clean at the end of the night and they're both so easy to talk to”

I had a great experience at Skechers. I went in to get sized for shoes I saw online, and the associate who helped me was very knowledgeable and kind. She shared that she’s studying podiatry, and it showed—she gave helpful insight on arch support and posture, not just a sales pitch.
I had considered a similar pair at Famous Footwear, but theirs were about $100 more. She reassured me the Skechers option was just as good and much more affordable.
She also explained I could order online and return in-store if needed, which made the decision easy. Between the great service and the BOGO sale, I left satisfied and ended up making two purchases. Definitely a place that takes care of its customers!”
