“We got a flat tire and since it’s a hybrid there is no spare to change it but had to have our insurance call a tow truck. We called Belle Tire because it was very close and they assured us we could have it towed there and they would have a tire for us. They were very cordial and said they would help anytime we got there. And after waiting for the tow for 4 hours, they replaced the tire quickly and efficiently.
