“WOW!! So many things I can say about this place from the Top Tier customer service, the price for repairs was great, they did an amazing job, truck looked brand new when I picked it up..Sam was Awesome!!! Took my truck to get an estimate from another collision shop, they quoted me double the price what Greenfield Collision quoted. Went to Greenfield Collision to get quote, they got me in same day and had my truck back 3 days later! Not to mention Sam took me to get my rental car, went in with me and told them to take care of me....and they did! Discount plus an upgraded vehicle. ?? If you have any damage to your vehicle, I highly recommend you take it here, I was very impressed and will not take my vehicle anywhere else! Customer for life! Thank you Sam! TOP TIER!!”

“Someone sideswiped my new truck while it was parked. When I tell you Yolanda and The young man with the glasses, were very helpful knowledgeable professional. They did all the footwork. They put my mind at ease. The work they performed was amazing. The turn around time was equally amazing. The customer service was unparalleled. I recommend them to any and every one that I come across.”

“I could not find the part I was looking for on the website so I called and spoke with the order desk...they had my part and the order process was straight forward and painless. Much better than ordering out of the USA and paying ridiculous shipping costs and ridiculous exchange rates converting to the american green back!!! If the part they send me is indeed the part they say it is... I'll be a happy customer......(?)”

“I cannot say enough good things about Mike and the entire team at Fordson Collision! I recently brought my car in after a front-end accident, and they handled the repair perfectly from start to finish. Mike is one of the most honest and straightforward guys you will ever meet in this industry. He worked with me to keep the repair costs incredibly reasonable, saving me thousands compared to other estimates. They finished the job exactly when they promised, and the paint matching and body lines look flawless—you would never know the car was in an accident. To top it all off, Mike made sure to carefully save and hand over all of my usable spare parts that are still good to use. That level of transparency and honesty is so rare these days. My car is driving perfectly straight and smooth again. If you want high-quality work, fair pricing, and a mechanic you can actually trust, go see Mike at Fordson Collision. Highly recommend!”

“I was referred to Magical Touch Collision by a friend, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience. We drove down from Ann Arbor after having a really difficult time finding a collision shop, and although it was a long drive, it was absolutely worth it. Mo, Rob, and the entire team were incredibly professional, communicative, kind, and genuinely empathetic. They supported us throughout the process and made what was already a stressful situation feel so much easier. They even went above and beyond by offering to drive us to the airport when we had an upcoming trip, which was incredibly thoughtful and something we really appreciated. What really stood out was how much they genuinely care about their customers. The service felt personal and sincere, and we always felt like we were in good hands. I can’t recommend Magical Touch Collision enough. Thank you, Mo, Rob, and the whole team, for taking such great care of us!”

“My Granddaughter had an accident a few buildings from this shop. There was a review about this shop that was not favorable. As God would have it her car was towed to the Dearborn location. It's difficult when you have an accident not knowing what the outcome will be. They were very considerate. I found them to be friendly and willing to work with us. They explained the process and were willing to answer any questions we had without making us feel they were talking down to us. The Collision Shop Is the place to go when you want professionalism and a considerate staff.”

“Ist time there, it was difficult to navigate. They have a lot of vehicles, but many parts are like scattered about of no value, and can be thrown away, to make it easier and more accessible to enter a vehicle. Prices were literally 'dirt Cheap'. Anywhere else, would have been 5 times higher. I would go back, and recommend if you have patience!”

“J&J Collision did an excellent job with my Volvo XC90! 🤩 I had a two-year-old bumper damage from a black ice incident and was having a hard time finding a trustworthy spot until my mechanic referred me to them. My car needed two separate bumper replacements along with sensors, covers, etc. that had to be repositioned in place. I also had them polish and clear coat seal my 10 year old headlights. Amazing work! Mike was super transparent with pricing and expected completion, and the owner was incredibly nice. They even detailed my car. It looks brand new! I'd recommend them any day. #CollisionRepair #CarRepair #AutoBody #CustomerService #Transparency”
