“Nisrein was so helpful. Prior to my bank visit today I considered closing my account because I have another account at another bank. I needed to get a counter check but I used the wrong terminology and she patiently asked me questions to figure out what I needed. Once she figured that out she continued to help me and I was so grateful she asked me is there anything else she can do for me and I told her I had to get money out of the money machine and I will come back to her because my money was in a different bank she was so knowledgeable that she informed me that she could help me out and take the funds out of the other bank right at the window with my bank card she saved me so much time because of all her efforts and her knowledge of your bank procedures and products she saved me a lot of time. Because of all her efforts her knowledge and her patience with me and my husband who was standing there who is blind I will always be a faithful Chase customer.”

“The staff always is positive and friendly when they greet you. When asking questions they are helpful do suggest options especially for loans which help with monthly cash flow. LOC has become a “big” bank yet kept the small credit union feel. Highly recommended LOC and want to Thank Staff for the help.”
“When my credit card account was hacked, DFCU contacted me by phone and email. When I connected with them, the representative was very professional, explaining what had happened and what could be done about it.
Long story short, my account was closed and I received a new card in the mail within three days. I’ve been a DFCU customer for over 30 years, and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences in all that time. These people are a 10 out of 10.”

“The staff in Dearborn are top notch professionals. They listen. They care. Only wish their services caught up with other credit unions and banks. Really missing the early funds (like pay) release of my old credit union. They were a pretty much hole-in-the-wall small outfit unlike DFCU and theh offered it! I guess they realized offering modern services like advance paydays and for government credits are important to attract and keep customers in 2025. Like the commercial for a bank says 'it's your money why not be able to access it?' instead of watching it sit there PENDING FOR DAYS until it's released like 8 or 9 am the date earmarked. I mean at LEAST release it after midnight instead of 8 hours later of the date. I used to work for a major bank years ago and they often updated their services to stay competitive. DFCU LOVE YOUR PEOPLE AT THE BRANCH but your offered services could use a tweak. Just sayin'.”

“Great little Citizens Bank Branch! It's small, but busy. There is frequently a line, but it moves quickly. The security guard and tellers are super friendly. They have one of the newer ATM's that allow you to select the denominations when you withdraw money. It's close to where I work, so it's super convenient. Everything I would want in a bank.”

SAMMY AMINE, financial advisor, has been the exact opposite of that and truly has explained to me from beginning to start where my money is going and asks me for my opinion as well. He has been very patient waiting for me to comprehend what is going on. I️ never had ease of mind about what is happening. I️ can say I️ trust Sammy and that you cannot put a price on. “Waits are ideally 5 minutes per car for the drive through portion because there's only 1 person at branch attending cars. Have never went inside, but once you're being attended it only takes 3-5 minutes to make a deposit or take out money.”

I hope this problem gets resolved very soon”
