“I went to O’Reilly auto parts on Evergreen and GRAND RIVER in Detroit store # 3326 on Tuesday 10-14-2025 and asked them if they had a small part for my Ford fusion and the employee named Jessica looked up the name of that part, but she could not find it and she mentioned to me maybe I should try going to Ryan’s auto pick a part. And I had not even thought about that, but I’m glad that Jessica mentioned it and I went there and found the parts that I needed. I went to AutoZone first looking for the same small parts, but they did not even look it up on the computer. Shout out to Jessica at O’Reilly AUTO PARTS store #3326 who took the time to look it up and suggest to me where I could get the parts. Good employee Reference.??????”

I was helped right away. They let me know it would take a few hours and I should contact them in the afternoon. And i was given a tag to claim my battery later on.. “Jeff was absolutely amazing. He went ABOVE and BEYOND. We had brought a car in to get looked at for a check engine light. He explained to us of course that some codes he may not be able to offer solutions for which ofcourse we understood. But the codes he did get he explained to us in detail and also told us which parts we would need and a full break down of the costs. He was so informative and friendly and we were so beyond grateful for his help as we were super stressed out about the check engine light. I would absolutely recommend this location and Jeff to anyone and everyone!!! They were so helpful!!”
