“I went to O’Reilly auto parts on Evergreen and GRAND RIVER in Detroit store # 3326 on Tuesday 10-14-2025 and asked them if they had a small part for my Ford fusion and the employee named Jessica looked up the name of that part, but she could not find it and she mentioned to me maybe I should try going to Ryan’s auto pick a part. And I had not even thought about that, but I’m glad that Jessica mentioned it and I went there and found the parts that I needed. “In general this is a pretty good auto parts store that has the parts in stock or will get them in a day or so. what I do not like is they claim they turn rotors but every time I try to get rotors turned either the machine is broken or there's tooling missing or the guy isn't in. so either do the work or take the sign out of the window!”
“Jeff was absolutely amazing. He went ABOVE and BEYOND. We had brought a car in to get looked at for a check engine light. He explained to us of course that some codes he may not be able to offer solutions for which ofcourse we understood. But the codes he did get he explained to us in detail and also told us which parts we would need and a full break down of the costs. He was so informative and friendly and we were so beyond grateful for his help as we were super stressed out about the check engine light. I would absolutely recommend this location and Jeff to anyone and everyone!!! They were so helpful!!”
