“I had a really great experience at JCPenney‘s. The workers there are amazing and made my visit very enjoyable. There was a group of three younger girls who help me with everything I needed. They welcomed me as soon as I came in, were very kind, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. They were patient helpful and had such positive attitude the entire time. Their customer service truly stood out and made my shopping experience, easy and comfortable. I really appreciate their help and would definitely come back again because of how friendly and supportive the staff was.”
“Rachel (manager with braids if I have her name correct) deserves so much recognition for her hard work and patience. A customer today unfortunately treated her really poorly and while I was in line I noticed her patience despite the horrible treatment. If anyone had to say otherwise, they were not there to witness her kindness and patience despite the horrible circumstances.”
