He even steered us in the right direction in our search for legit Detroit style pizza. “Having an H&M right here in downtown Detroit on Woodward is a massive win. You absolutely cannot beat the convenience of having a major retail store close by, especially if you live in the area—it completely saves me from having to drive all the way out to the suburbs just to pick up a few things.
The only reason this isn't a 5-star review is the selection restrictions. They don't carry any men's accessories here because of high theft, so if you're looking for things like belts, you're out of luck. It's frustrating that people stealing things ruins it for the rest of us who just want to shop.
That being said, the staff makes up for it. The manager, Heather, gives absolutely 10/10 service. She is incredibly helpful, attentive, and handles the busy downtown environment flawlessly. It's a great spot to have in the city!”

“I when to Citi Trends looking for shoes for my 2 three year old grandsons. When I walked into the shoe department, I knew I had waited to late to come shopping. Most of the shelves were barely empty. I guess a lot of people hit the store up, when they got their tax refund. It's not surprising, since Citi Trends always have a very nice selection of shoes at a Great price! However, I did find them one pair each. After I purchased the shoes, I went to another Citi Trends location. I didn't find my grandsons any shoes; but I did find them a lot of clothing items on sale. Some items were marked down for a dollar.”

“Great owners that provided good instruction. A fun experience that would be good for all ages PLUS they give back. Every tiedye session you do includes a pair of socks that is given back to those in need in the community. I will definitely be going back.”
