“This location has yet to disappoint me. Even on the busiest days you can get out of here pretty quickly. They usually always have my size and clothes and shoes. The customer service is always decent, there's a few people that will recognize me since I feel like I'm starting to become a regular there. Prices have definitely gone up at Old Navy, but so has the quality. I still think that they have some pretty decent sales especially during the holidays right now.”

“The owner of this is place is a magician. She custom made my daughters homecoming dress. From the time we stepped into the shop she made my daughter feel so comfortable. She addressed all of her hopes and concerns and offered her great advice as well. Picked up the dress today and she added on a few extra details that make the dress versatile to what exact look my daughter may like best. Two sets of straps to where she can detach whichever she doesn't want to use and two ways to tie the corset, one showing skin and one closing it off completely. So very happy with our experience and highly recommend!!”

“JCPenney always has a great selection of clothing, shoes and other accessories. The home and lifestyle section is also fully stocked with everything you would ever need. They have a wide selection of jewelry, although I've never purchased any of those items. If you watch for the sales you can get some good discounts.”

“Got there an hour before closing; could not use fitting rooms, and the people that had greeted us as we walked into the men’s clothing area disappeared immediately not to be seen again. Shirt selection is not what it used to be! Our cashier was helpful and a really lovely lady. Usually I can find what I need in men’s clothing there and it’s a go-to, but overall this last visit was lackluster. However, my 23 yo son was thrilled that they have “dress slacks” in the super slim fit. Good thing he was wearing shorts and could sort of try the pants on over the shorts; I might have walked away in frustration otherwise. I do have to return the shirt he could not try on before purchasing.”

“Love this place. Usually the staff is nice. Some times the staff is a little less than attentive. But the prices, the selection, the styles makes up for it. If you don't mind uncaring teen staff who don't really want to help and have a good sense of what you want and what looks good on you; I can't stress enough that you should go here.”

“Rachel (manager with braids if I have her name correct) deserves so much recognition for her hard work and patience. A customer today unfortunately treated her really poorly and while I was in line I noticed her patience despite the horrible treatment. If anyone had to say otherwise, they were not there to witness her kindness and patience despite the horrible circumstances.”
