The dress was one of one, and my daughter liked that.
Julie was able to make changes to the dress to satisfy my daughter even more!
She also designed my daughter's prom date suit.

“I cannot say enough about Haley and Sarah at the Fairlane Center Children’s Place store. I am a busy mom that works full-time and has four daughters. I placed an order early in January and decided to have my order shipped to the store. I unfortunately was not able to get my order within the timeframe and my items went back onto the sales floor. I called Sarah in a panic asking what options I had. She was absolutely wonderful and explained that if I were to come in that they would do their best to find the items for me. She assisted me in navigating a situation with a gift card that I had used with the purchase as well. I arrived here at the store and Haley was absolutely phenomenal!! I mean, phenomenal! She went through my entire order and found item by item for me. There was a total of 24 items and she was able to locate each one of them except one dress. Haley offered to look for the item online, which we were able to find, and have shipped to my home. I am a busy mom who placed an order for my daughters for the entire upcoming year. The fact that these ladies were so helpful and accommodating and went through and found each item again is above and beyond! I am just absolutely mind blown at their excellent customer service. In a day and age where Customer Service seems to be a thing of the past, these two went above and beyond the call of service! I will never shop anywhere else other than Childrens place Fairlane for all four of my daughters. If you get an opportunity to visit this store, please do. You will not be disappointed. Thank you, Haley and Sarah for all of your help. From the bottom of my heart. This busy mom will never ever forget this experience! Thank you for making my day and my year ahead with my girls that much easier.”

“I recently had a good shopping experience At JCPenney‘s, I was there a little over a week ago. I just Remembered to make my review. I really liked how the younger workers always speak up greeting customers that make you feel welcomed when you walk in. They are friendly, helpful, and willing to assist with anything you need which makes shopping much more enjoyable. The store also has great discounts and I like seeing the new clothes and updated styles being brought in. It show’s that the store is keeping up with current trends while still offering good prices. One thing I did notice that was a group of older women working around the shoe department who didn’t seem as welcoming. Their facial expressions make them look upset or are interested, which gives JCPenney a slightly bad look compared to a positivity energy from other employees customer service is really affects our shoppers feel so having friendly attitudes throughout their store would make the experience even better. overall I still enjoy enjoying shopping here because of the help staff, good sales and variety clothing options.”

If you don't mind uncaring teen staff who don't really want to help and have a good sense of what you want and what looks good on you; I can't stress enough that you should go here.”
“Wish I could give a score of 3.5. The store was fully stocked and I could tell that today was stocking day. There is an employee at the entrance which may appear to be a greater but is really thief protection.There was only one cashier for the entire line, so I don't know if everyone was stocking or whatever, but if you've ever shopped at any Burlington... The lines are always long. The cashier was super friendly but the greeter ... Not so much.”

“Awesome store Hend and Susan were helpful providing fantastic customer service ?? Been to this store multiple times and they always have a good variety of clothes in different sizes from newborn all the way to 14 XL for kids ?? The clothing is made of long lasting material a cotton/polyester blend that feels soft and doesn't shrink like 100% cotton tends to ? The licensed tees are super cool today they had Miles Morales which all the kids love thank you Carter's ????”
