“After reading some scathing reviews about multiple Xfinity stores, we opted for the Dearborn location and crossed our fingers it wouldn't totally suck.
On the contrary! When we opened the outside door an employee inside was already there holding open the inner door, and Antoine, the young man who worked with us, appeared immediately and relieved my husband of the big box of parts he was carrying. Antoine was very friendly, knew exactly how to proceed with what we needed done, answered our questions, and even explained a couple of things it was helpful for us to know that we hadn't thought to ask. We were out of there in less than 10 minutes and very happy with our outcome--Kudos to Antoine! If only every customer service experience could be this good!
Also want to give a nod to a second guy stationed closer to the front. We thought of another quick question and asked him as we were walking out, and he too was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Wish we had gotten his name so we could thank him here too!”
