He did not display any loss of patience and was very professional. In fact, everyone in the store displayed top-notch customer service, which is a testament to his leadership. “The service I received at this specific location was unmatched and exceptional. It exceeded my expectations for customer service. I can't say the same for other locations including the customer support via phone. The customer support via 611 was awful and made me want to leave T-mobile. Other stores tried to pressure me into purchases without answering my questions and telling me if I wait it would be to late to receive deals. After going into the physical store at 3151 E Jefferson Detroit. Store #8619 and was received by Victoria C & Maritza Gonzalez I was convinced to keep my service and upgraded 4 phones and even added 2 more lines, so 6 iPhone 17 pro max purchases. I felt zero pressure and occupied 2 hours of their time asking questions which they answered clearly with a smile the whole time. Two of the best reps I've ever dealt with. I will highly recommend them to friends and family and encourage everyone who goes there to seek them out for unbeatable costumer service, knowledge of phones and plans, and zero pressure to make purchases.”
