Not only is the staff Charismatic and very welcoming, Sonny’s has the newest and most fashionable shoes, clothing, hats, etc. it’s the perfect store when you know what u want and no other stores have it. Almost everything there is exclusive & priced fairly Thank you again and I’ll definitely be back in the near future.”

“Came here looking for gold sparkly stilettos. This was the only store in the ENTIRE mall that not only carried my size but had many options to choose from (size 10/11). The salesman was very professional and assisted me with not only shoes but accessories. The shoes were reasonably priced and gorgeous! Great quality shoes and I spent less than $200 for the shoes and matching purse. The store is well organized, bright, and clean. I wil be back for more shoes! I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a great selection of shoes and accessories.”

“The woman I spoke with on the phone and interacted with on Sunday, January 28th in the store (I believe her name started with a D, perhaps Destiny or Desiree?) was SO incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind to my 12 year old son and I. He is autistic and non verbal, and she was just so sweet with him! I'm so happy they had the shoes he wanted. Its rare he is passionate about a particular piece of clothing or accessory he wants, and I have never seen him more enthusiastic about a pair of shoes as he was these.”

“I was there Saturday and got a pair of shoes. The guy that helped me was super helpful and great. I hadn't bought a decent pair of shoes or even been to the mall in some years but him and the employees at that store were great and made my first experience since being on the street and in a really bad position a really great experience. People never know what the person you're dealing with have been through and I don't think people realize how much it means to someone when they get treated like a human or are just treated kind. So I just want to let the people at jimmy jazz know your kindness went so much further than you know ?”

“Amazing work and attention to detail at a reasonable price.
The souls on my riding boots (motorcycle) were very worn so I took them in to have new souls put on.
They far exceeded my expectations, new souls, re dyed the boots (they were very weather beaten to where they were gray and no longer black) and even repainted the metal clips on the bottom of the boot for my rain gear to attach to.
Not often now a days to have a business exceed expectations like Factory Finish did.
