“It is their best guarded secret. There is barely anyone and that made our shopping very easy.
I would say that other than the meats, most of the products are similar to the regular Costco stores and the price is generally the same.
You can find a lot more disposable items and commercial size kitchen items or quantity of food.
The meat is very cheap and they had a very good selection of it.
They don’t have a food court, electronics, pharmacy or audiology department.
The regular store is perfect for my weekly shopping but I will definitely try to go back few times during the year.
I am happy that we have the only Costco business center in Michigan and it is only 1h away.”

“The gas from Sam's club lasts so much longer than gas from other gas stations. It takes a minute longer before you can pump so that the card goes through but there's an attendant outside and I feel safe while pumping my gas. Worth the drive for me”

“Jim was the absolute best! I am 20 years old and this was the first time I ever got a hearing test done. He was very thorough with his questions and explained every step he did in detail. He was very patient with me and made me feel very safe about a scary thing! After getting results he explained it in a very easy way and was able to let me know that my results were a little abnormal considering my age. Now I have the results to get me help with a specialist, and I could not have done it with him. He even helped my friend out a bit, and he let me try on hearing aids to get a feeling of what it might feel like if I needed them! The sweetest! Thank you!!”

“In my 7 years in the trucking industry as a dispatcher, I have never experienced anything like this.
My driver was loaded with freight on a broken pallet, the freight was not wrapped properly, and there were so many mistakes made by the shipper.
The guys working there did the restack, unloaded everything themselves, and repacked it. Anyone and I mean anyone would have refused the freight, and we would have had to find a restack company or return the load back to the shipper.
They handled everything themselves, helped the driver, and showed real understanding.
I give you 10 stars. You are great people, and you made my day with your selflessness. May God bless you and your cheifs and owner of this place.”
“Remember Sams is about the cheapest gas there is right now. The line will be long and if you have no patience. Go somewhere else and pay the higher price. They don't set the price or the line lengths. They are at least offering a cheaper price then anyone next to the other clubs. So don't blame sams look straight to your "commander in chief " who doesn't know economics.”
“Kudos to the Sam's associate that works in the tire department. I asked for my tire to be inspected because I thought I had a slow leak. My tire was checked, and I was informed that my rim had a buildup on it that was causing the air to leak from my tire. The rim was cleaned absolutely free!”

“Great place to shop. Employees are usually friendly. Prices are decent. My only issue is they only have about 2 cashiers … so u could be in line longer than normal. Other than that… I’d shop here once or twice a month for my business and home.”
