“I visit this Dollar General almost every time I am visiting family in Decatur. It is the cleanest, organized and well stocked Dollar General I have ever visited. The staff is always helpful and courteous. I would especially like to recognize the manager Angela(who seems to be working every time I go). She is the sweetest, most helpful and knowledgeable gal. Hardworking employees are sometimes difficult to come by. I’m always happy to see her knowing the service will be pleasant and absolutely impeccable.”
“As the only general store in Lawrence, you can expect that this Dollar General can get immensely busy. And that it does. One of the bigger DG's that I've been to, it has the same products you would expect at your normal Dollar General, with a few more added so the locals won't have to travel to Hartford or Paw Paw very often. The workers here are very knowledgeable about the Lawrence area and were happy to answer our questions. However, if you are not a local as I am not, then this is the perfect stop to refresh on snacks, drinks, and essentials so you can get back on the road all the more quickly.”

“This is such a cute retro bowling alley! Beers were cheap, food was typical bar food and good for a grease fix. The staff was very friendly last night and we were pretty high maintenance.I've been to Rainbow lanes numerous times as a kid and I brought my kids while they were younger but we moved away and haven't been in probably 10 years or more. We happen to be in town for a while and brought friends who had never been there before and they thought it was the coolest.You have to go in with no expectations, it's a small local bowling alley. Old floors, old ball returns, old screens, old balls it's like walking into the 80s and it is a blast. We were one lane of only 4 lanes being used, it was like a private party :)Go, enjoy yourself and take a step back in time.”

“Must Say This Store had everything in stock and the Store Manager was Extremely Friendly and Helpful . I have been to several Dollar General Stores and this store is on my Top List to Visit for all my house hold needs . However they did have lot's of stock that wasn't put away in the aisle but that's due to the lack of staff as well all Know it's everywhere with short staff and workers . Highly Recommended by Me and My Family for all our Shopping Needs . Thank You”
