“We have used this body shop twice in the past year, once for my mother in laws car after it was damaged from a garage fire and for one of our cars after striking a deer. Garner was all around excellent. They fixed our vehicles quickly and did excellent work. “Had to have thermostat and housing replaced on my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Zach Wright, the Service Mgr. took great care of me as always on both of our vehicles. FYI, I literally am 5 min from a Chrysler Jeep Dealer but drive 40 minutes just because of their service. Darleen E.”

“Above and beyond. These guys are incredibly knowledgeable and eager to help. The vast amount of parts they have access to at incredibly reasonable pricing is mind boggling! No guessing if this part is going to work, pay for shipping, hope it's quality or even the right thing. I'm not part shopping online anymore. Hands down, bar none, these guys every time.”

“Kenny fastened my Tacoma ground effects kit in 3 parts after broken clips and bolts made it loose. Kenny used custom metal brackets that are strong. The headlight covers were also restored to clear instead of cloudy. Great quality work for a fair price. Thank you, Ken.”

“Got injectors for my 7.3 powerstroke first time I got them had a couple issues. I don’t think it was from them, though I think it was the guy that I had installed went back. They had great customer service and fix the problem and returned. Them Went home and put them in myself and runs great now. Great product. Great people are awesome. Customer service easy to work with highly recommend. Great customer service and good people I enjoy going here because they are in my community and I like to support local. It is convenient to have a place like this nearby so I’m not constantly waiting on parts in the mail. Awesome people highly recommend 10 out of 10.”

“I cannot speak highly enough about this company. My daughter was involved in an accident yesterday that resulted in my vehicle being totaled, and their team has been exceptional throughout the entire process. In my past experiences, many towing companies have been unprofessional and difficult to work with; however, Lucas Towing has been the complete opposite. Their staff has been compassionate, professional, and incredibly helpful during a stressful situation. Since our schedules did not allow us to visit in person to take photos for the insurance claim, they went above and beyond by taking the photos on our behalf and sending them to us promptly. I highly recommend Lucas Towing for their outstanding service and professionalism.”
