“Great staff, friendly and very knowledgeable all around. If they don't have what you're looking for, it would be a first for me. This is also the only place to get a key copied. Unlike big store that have a machine make them, here they do it old school and actually look to see that it matches. They also guarantee their copies. I have had to remake keys from the other places several times and have never had an issue from here.”

“My father in law and I came in for some lumber and a gutter on Sunday. At the same time, a young man came in and asked the clerk if he could help fix his broken fishing pole. The line was very twisted.Not only did the clerks oblige, it attracted several employees who helped the young man fix his pole and sent him on his way. This is the type of hometown service that I love to see. A+ service from this Ace Hardware.They also had the quality products we needed. I just wanted to recognize the nice thing the employees did for that young man that day.”

“Pettit Hardware is an amazing small town hardware store. You don't see very many independent small town hardware stores like these anymore. All of the staff is friendly and great to chat with. They have a great product selection and their prices are way cheaper than Ace Hardware down the road. I prefer to shop here any day for my hardware needs instead of Ace.”

“I had a good experience overall with this tool rental location. The employees were very helpful and professional. There were several issues with the stump grinder I rented - some of which could have been avoided by proper maintenance and some were not their fault at all. Took off a star for these issues but I was thankful that staff gave a discount upon return to help compensate for the issues. Not sure why there are so many 1 star reviews. My experience was very good overall.”
