After coming to this location Gregg helped me so much. He saw through my issue until the very end and gave me a lot of helpful advice!”
“The staff uniformly great race n, snow, sleet, sun. But the closing hour is 5 pm and is not 6 pm as you might hear. Any day it is open it now is closing by 5 pm (and some days earlier). Also there is a lunch break. See details on a sign at the building.”

“I have had a great experience with this USPS overall. The customer service at this location is always good. Everyone is fast, friendly, and efficient. Although packages sometimes arrive late, the USPS Informed Delivery feature is absolutely the best - it helps me stay updated on exactly what’s arriving and when.
I also rented a mailbox at this local USPS branch for 1.5-2 years when I lived in the dorms, since my mail often got lost or stolen there (never had that issue in any apartments, just dorms!). Having a mailbox at USPS solved that completely. Overall, best service ever!”

“They are closed for lunch daily from 1pm-3pm so don't show up during that time to retrieve a package. Only able to drop off mail in the bins seeing as they do not have the means to process payments for any type of transaction. Should not expect to retrieve a package unless you received a notice from your postman stating the package can be picked up from here.”

“Sometimes this post office will be closed when it says they're open. I'm not sure if they lock the front door and forget to unlock it but several times I've tried to get in during box hours for everything to be closed. Other than that everyone is always nice. And the postmaster will go out of his way to help you if you need something - even help locate missing mail. Great people!”

“Dropped off a large box here to ship long distance. Staff was super nice and helpful and was in and out of the location pretty quick even though there was a bit of a line. The inside seemed half empty (much like the mall nearby) and the location felt like it is just hanging on. But, again, key was the staff were nice and efficient.”

She never sounded irritated or annoyed with me and like I said, she was very helpful.”

There are times that they do get really busy and that can take quite a bit longer but I usually have problems within minutes at this facility.
