Rented a vehicle at Detroit's Metro Airport 9/17-9/21. Even though our flight was seriously delayed, we had a nice choice of vehicles. Both pickup and drop went very well. And the rental charge was a very good deal! We are quite pleased with Hertz!

People were helpful and patient. The shuttles to/from the airport can add 15-20min so plan accordingly. When you rent a car ask where the exit is and what's needed to leave the lot. :) I'll update at the end of my trip!

The customer service that I received from Hertz while I was visiting Detroit was a young lady named Yolanda. I would recommend her to have a raise. She took her time and had very excellent customer service. She cares about people. I’ve never received service from anywhere like her.
