Rob was the person who helped me pick out a car—since I’m 5 ft tall, I was looking for something I would feel comfortable driving while my vehicle was in the repair shop. He was patient and very helpful. The car was very clean and rode beautifully. Colleen called me to let me know how many days insurance would cover the car and gave me an update about when I had to return it. When insurance extended the return date, she gave me another call to let me know and I really appreciated her keeping me updated.
