“The staff was wonderful, we couldn't ask for more polite accommodating people. However the choice of cars was too Limited. We had to choose from a car that was quite a bit smaller than the car we're used to driving or a minivan that was bigger than the vehicle were used to driving. This was okay for my six foot husband but not so much for my 5 foot frame especially considering I am a senior citizen, one of those short baby boomers.”
“Alfred is a hero. What a wonderful employee you have in Alfred. This location saved the day for me when the airport location couldn't get their act together to have cars available for people with reservations. Thanks so much!”

“They are literally one of the best car places to get in rental from. I have been dealing with them for years. They are very reasonable give great deals and always great with communication and working with people. Love you guys so much.”
“I liked the rental process from start to end in this location .
The only downside was that I just found out today there is am option, you can return the key after hours by dropping it in the express box.
Which is great and I can use it next time.
Thanks”
