This is the best shop I’ve ever been to or reasonable pricing and they treat you like family, especially after you’ve been here five times in a year. They always find the best value on parts. “Yesterday my truck wouldn’t start, and after some friends got it going, I knew the starter needed to be replaced. I first called another shop, but they didn’t really seem to care—they just told me to “bring it in whenever and we’ll get to it when we can.”
When I called Pointe Auto Tech, Mike answered and immediately treated my situation like it mattered. He told me to bring the truck straight in and not shut it off, making sure I’d get there without getting stranded. He really cared about helping me, and it showed.
Even better, they had the starter replaced and my truck back to me in less than 24 hours. That’s incredible, especially since I don’t have another vehicle to fall back on. Mike truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and I can’t thank him enough.
The price point was amazing too! Looking around and his prices are lower for sure! So excellent customer service and great prices!

“Man I literally almost died in my truck from faulty mechanic work done and luckily my truck was facing this place it was in for 7 days bc of me I wanted to bring my own parts but they did awesome work the only thing I ordered the wrong brakes and I told Nikki I’d have the right ones on the way up but she said no bc it was done already and I already had my truck there way to long and I’ll be fine I came in I asked her over and over was she sure my old brakes would not mess up my new rotors she insisted that I would be fine I asked when could she have them done she said January well a day later I went to get my front brakes done else where and they told me to come in the back the worst moment ever at a car shop and show me my rotors saying if I put my new pads on I’ll need to get new rotors and brakes in a few weeks now I don’t know why they put them old brakes on new rotors but I’m waiting till Monday to see about my refund for the rotors they messed up for no reason when they simply could’ve left the old rotors and brakes on and take the fee off my bill but overall they are lovely ppl but I can’t keep spending money on problems that could’ve been prevented”

I was there only for 25 minutes I came for two fairly use tires and ended up getting TWO BRAND NEW TIRES for a prices I could not beat ! I WOULD RECMMOND ANYONE GOING HERE FOR ANY TIRE ISSUE. “These guys rock...I have been going to this place literally since the 80's...the new owner took over I believe in '92...we grew up in southwest...it's always been our go to...in 2000 we moved out of the old nieghborhood and moved out to Monroe county into the country. I still take the drive back to southwest any time I have an exhaust issue because I trust these guys! I was there yesterday and they relpaced my work van exhaust that fell off...THIS MORNING my wifes car started making noise and turns out the flex pipe gave up the ghost. I went back and the guys repaired that in record time and didnt charge me my life savings for either job. If they can save you money they will tell you. Again as a 35+ yr customer...I will not EVER go elsewhere. Thanks guys...you know Im a solid customer and I always will be...fast,quality work at an affordable price...doesnt get better than that!”
“I came here for a second opinion after taking my Honda to a dealership for routine maintenance, where I was quoted $500 for a serpentine belt replacement, $300 for spark plug replacement, and another $200 just to diagnose a leak.
A1 Auto Care took a look at my car near closing time the same day and immediately diagnosed the leak for free. They identified it as a valve cover gasket issue and explained everything clearly. They were able to take my car the very next day and had all of the repairs completed in just one day.
I was especially impressed by how honest, communicative, and straightforward they were. Their prices were also significantly more reasonable than the dealership. I paid $550 total for the serpentine belt replacement, spark plugs, and valve cover gasket replacement — compared with the much higher quotes I received from the dealership.
I’m so glad I got a second opinion. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can genuinely trust, and I definitely feel like I found one here. I’ll be coming to A1 Auto Care for all of my future maintenance and repairs.
