Elevator issues and long wait times have been reported, and some units have experienced unpleasant odors from neighboring apartments. Parking can also be a concern, with limited spots available and nearby options costing up to $260 per month. The homeowners association has faced some criticism for being overly strict, with incidents of cars being towed even when approved by management. The resident's front desk has also been described as poorly managed, with maintenance issues and a lack of accountability. The units are sizable, the views are great and the location is close enough to downtown while having great parking.The homeowners are still working through issues to make this a premium location. Things like package delivery/storage amd cleaning service need to be worked out with the management company.

What’s going on with the smell inside the two entrances? This problem was not happening doing the summer. Once the heat came on the smell from the dumpsters was terrible. Please get this fixed!
