“Just moved in to a new building that used this service and had my internet act spotty so I called in to the general customer service line. At first there seemed to be some delays (called on a Thursday and had an anticipated service repair date of Monday). This was really stressful because I work from home but then within a couple hours one of their technicians, Tod, called me directly and was coordinating to get everything fixed asap. He came out the next morning about 2 hrs earlier than expected with a new router box and got right to fixing the problem. Best customer service skills I’ve seen in a long time. I really appreciate that he understood the urgency of getting me back online and was truly doing all he could to fix the problem and make sure everything was running well. Took a photo of the installation to show how cleanly it was done. Highly recommend working with him if you have an outage or need someone who genuinely cares about making sure your technical issues are resolved asap.”
