“I visited this store on Friday 5/15/26. I wanted to upgrade my broken phone. Suzan was the person that helped me and she informed me that she was the manager. I was confident that she could help me in some way. I told her that I had a budget and only a certain amount of money to spend. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to upgrade my phone and she put me on a better phone plan, gave me trackers for my phone, and give me a discount. I was able to upgrade my iPhone 13 to a iPhone 16. I’m so happy I came to that location. SUZAN is awesome and she is running this store well. It was another employee there name Dylan and he was very nice and I could hear how helpful and informative he was while helping other customers. Thank you y’all so much for a wonderful experience. I will definitely and also will recommend your location to others.”
“I thoroughly enjoyed my customer experience with Waheedah Uddin. She was absolutely amazing! I came in for an upgrade and left with a few extras. She even stayed beyond her lunch break to make sure everything was taken care of and did a fabulous job.
She kept my husband and me smiling the entire time. We shared plenty of laughs, but what impressed me most was her ability to remain professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process.
