“This place is so human. I came to buy a charger, and when I saw the price was too expensive, I said something about it, and they helped me get a better deal. These people aren’t just out for your money. They genuinely wanted to help. A few days later, that same charger stopped working. I came in and asked for help. I didn’t even have a receipt, so I wasn’t expecting much from it, but they still offered to help me. Very good place to go.”
“I came to this store for my grandmother. Was looking for phone for her to have because she lives by herself. Some lady named Sofia helped us look for a phone that my grandmother could actually operate. To my surprise my grandmother wanted a smart phone and we found a smaller one that she would be able to hold and work. The sales lady actually helped us get it all set up for her with phone numbers and everything and even gave her a quick rundown on how to operate the phone. Definitely pleased with this place and will be back.”

“This is quite honestly the best small hardware store I have ever been in. It’s kind of a bohemian place but the workers will take care of you. They worked with my spanish and got me exactly what I needed. The owner, Dave got me a diverter the whole city didn’t have. His knowledge in stems is unmatched. Guys treated me with respect and, helped me get everything I needed. Very professional. I recommend to every person who speaks spanish and doesn’t know what that piece you are looking for is called. They have your back.”

I want to take a moment to recognize the head manager and the tall young manager who helped my best friend and me during our recent visit. They were absolutely incredible — truly going above and beyond to make sure we were completely taken care of before we left the store.
Their level of customer service was exceptional — patient, kind, professional, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to meet employees who care that much about their customers, and they both truly deserve a raise for the outstanding job they do.
Honestly, if they don’t get a raise, they should have their own business because they are that good! It’s clear they’re working with passion and purpose — I’m so grateful for the help they provided.

“Went there a few weeks ago for the first time, as a new customer with my own phone, I was surprised that the young lady charged me $25.00 for a Sims card. Had I known I would have went back to one of the other MetroPCS that I had checked out in Farmington, their price was $10.00 . I thought all prices were the same so I chose the one closer to my house, I guess they are not the same in prices. However, they were friendly on Greenfield.”
