Metro by T-Mobile is a phone store. One of the only Metro stores some customers come to, as the little things make it different. The dealer genuinely cares about the neighborhood and will go out of his way to take care of you. However, the phone dealer needs a cleaner, lighter availability to display the storefront with an open network to traffic. Some callers report the business phone is not answered, which is frustrating for customers trying to see if items are in stock.

One of the only Metro Stores I come too, For me it’s the little things Jim does that makes him different then other stores. He genuinely cares about the neighborhood, and will go out of his way just to take care of you.
