I love my space. It is extremely modern and it is in a perfect location. Karolina is AMAZING! Her service is impeccable, as she goes above and beyond to make sure residents’ needs are attended to. She is the absolute best and they are lucky to have her. Great place, great location, great service.

I’ve lived at Philip Houze for a few months now. Great location and super spacious studio apartments. The outdoor space could be spruced up a bit!
