About The Claridge

The Claridge Apartments offer large, open floor plans with quality finishes and an excellent downtown location. It is within walking distance of Campus Martius Park, Grand Circus Park, the Detroit Opera House, Fox Theatre, Ford Field, and Comerica Park. The location is very good and the rent is reasonable. The building is quiet, well-kept, and features a professional, hard-working staff. Parking is not available and street parking can be hard to find. Some external city noise can be heard at night.

    Lived here for 3 years and wish I could’ve stayed longer. This is the perfect location, close to everything downtown, unit was large and the rent price was fantastic. Maintenance always came within a day of me submitting a request and management was great as well. Definitely recommend for anyone interested!

    Very good location, and the rent is reasonable. Parking is not available and street parking is safe but usually hard to find.
