“My experience with cold storage at Your Personal Vault on Franklin Street has been positive from day one over 25 years ago. The facility is clean. The lighting on the 4th floor needs improvement. Especially over my unit #425. It was always in disrepair. That’s why I gave it 4 rating out of 5 rating.

“Well I got to say I used D&D moving and Storage, I called they came and gave me estimate once I agreed they packed the whole house and it was last minute, emergency because I didn't have no where to go, but they took the time and bubble wrapped expensive stuff and everything and I kept my stuff there probably a year before I bought my house and that was 1995, they did an amazing job and as for my stuff still the same as when I put it in there.”

Have used U-Haul for over 20 years in Michigan, Texas and California. Never had a complaint. Used both trucks and storage (Manvel TX and Detroit MI). No complaints here.”

“We used Grosse Pointe Moving and storage for our local home move on 11-06-2024. They were wonderful! The moving crew couldn’t have been more thoughtful and respectful to us and our belongings. They worked extremely hard from 9 am until 6 pm, but still maintained their cheerful demeanor! A great big Thank You to the crew that moved us, you guys are efficient and a lot of fun! We also had Grosse Pointe Moving pack our belongings for us, they did a superb job! I would definitely recommend Grosse Pointe Moving & Storage they are all around great, Thank you!”
