About The Claridge

The Claridge Apartments offer large, open floor plans with quality finishes and an excellent downtown location. It is within walking distance of Campus Martius Park, Grand Circus Park, the Detroit Opera House, Fox Theatre, Ford Field, and Comerica Park. The location is very good and the rent is reasonable. The building is quiet, well-kept, and features a professional, hard-working staff. Parking is not available and street parking can be hard to find. Some external city noise can be heard at night.

    Just moved in, it seems nice.
    Great location. Well kept. No issues so far.
    Gio seems like a one man band, but he’s hard working, friendly, and does a good job.
    I like it here already.
