You pretty much get what you paid for, 70$ a night, but no microwave or fridge, it’s the cheapest I’ve ever seen and the neighborhood isn’t so bad, just frustrating without the microwave but not the worst I’ve seen

You get what you pay for right? Rooms are relatively clean, considering. I've only seen roaches a handful of times, as compared to other nearby places. No bed bugs that I've seen and I check thoroughly. They have short stays.
