“I had Independent Transmission upgrade my 1992 Mustang from the "factory defect" stock 2.73 final drive ratio to a 3.73 ratio. They did a great job, got the work done quickly, and the car works great. I also had some brake work and then one drum was overheating. They took the car back in and rooted out and fixed the problem (an out of round new drum). Even though it was a defective new part and not their fault, they did not charge me to fix it. They were not satisfied until they had my car right. My impression is that Independent Transmission is an honest and competent shop.”

“Joe Is a Dam Good Mechanic, I Know? Im a Old Mechanic Myself, But have Aged, I Took My Ford Ranger & Joe was able to Make Repair to a Shifting cable that was a Simple Repair, Not only did he Make the Repair, He saved me a lot of Grief & Didn't Try to Screw over Me, & informed me on the Problem & it gave me enough time to Have him Replace the Cable, The Repair was a Fair & just Price, ? Then i Took My Caddie to him Thinking My Transmission was going Out, Again Joe Looked at it & He Test Drove it & it wouldn't act up, days later it Started again i went Back Joe said he Felt it Now, We both Didn't know if it was the Transmission, He said, Well hold on, & did his Research, Then he said,I think i know what it might be & if Not its in the Transmission, So he told me Let's try this First, I just knew it was the Transmission, Joe Installed the VSS sensor & Plug, The Repair Cost was Good Fair Price & The Caddie Runs Great Again, Thank You joe, The the difference between a Good Mechanic Than a Remove & Replace Man, Anybody can R&R = Remove & Replace Mechanic. ?? Joe your doing it the Right Way & Not Taking Advantage of your Customers.........Service: General repairs & maintenance”

(Custom Built Sept 2020 and Delivered to Me from Kentucky on October. 22, 2020, Desert Gold.My SUV was serviced for its 1st oil change and tire rotation on 11/9/2021...Thank You Jordan Watson, Advisor at check in. Then 2nd for a minor part recall that was also given attention in less than an hour by David Lulewicz, Advisor so again Thank You! My 3rd service appointment was for a nail in my back right tire which was a two day call ahead to get in Quick for the removal and service check. Thank goodness it was small and no damage to my tire and no replacement needed. I'm glad to have signed up for the Ford tire protection plan when I leased my SUV back in October 2020. It's a great option package and is worth the feature especially for Michigan Roads.Appointments are needed for timing purposes with friendly service attention. After completion a customer as myself is highly satisfied!There's always a Hello greeting at check in, then the easy paperwork. A porter will cover my steering wheel plus seat and floor with a plastic shield to prevent grease or oil from the service tech's hands.Free Car Wash is also given when vehicle service is completed. Nice ! I posted photos on how clean and well maintained the customer service lobby and waiting room is as well. Free Water and Coffee and TV viewing.
