Causing the lack of, and absence of neighborly compassion-Jeff, the proprietor spent 30 minutes listening and offering knowledge to me. He does not know me. Has never laid eyes on me. And, my car cannot be repaired by him…He assessed my varied issues and outstanding mechanical dilemma. “There are stereotypes surrounding Arab dealers in the Detroit area, and a lot of people advised me against making a purchase from there for the same reason. BUT, the CARFAX was mint, so I gave it a chance anyways and I’m glad I made the purchase. The car was clean inside and put, the folks were arduous, they weren’t trying to oversell, and the paperwork was smooth. Harvey might be relatively new in the dealership business but I can confidently vouch for his success in the days to come. A1 ethics.”
