Their leather goods are gorgeous, the fun watches, and, of course, the Shinola retro wall clocks. There's a large section of various men's clothing. They actually have a coffee/tea bar there where you can relax with a beverage and visit, do some computer work, etc.
All the sales associates friendly and helpful. Met Austin yesterday who was wonderful, knowledgeable and so fun to talk with. I will return next time I am in area.”

“Really wish I could share the piece I sold them— (10k gold (30 1/2 grams) with about 1.5 karat diamond) I went to 4 appraisers— NONE Beat Or Even MATCHED Z’s…his clerk (?) — Brandon(?) told me the truth about the piece and I learned about the effects of man made diamonds on the value of Real ones (far less now). Had to go back—humbly—and accept the $1800 gratefully. I almost insisted I be allowed to speak to Mr. Z himself to thank him— he came to the front… Nothing less than Gentlemen & Ladies there. I hope I got Brandon’s name right— he felt my piece was worth more than the initial offer and took it back to Mr.Z himself for the final better offer!! Kudos!!!”
